Building permits from the L.I.P.O.A. Architecutral Control Committee which meets every Friday morning at 10:00am are $10.00 and are available at the L.I.P.O.A. office.

Permits are required for:

• Structures over 200 square feet
  • stick
  • manufactured / modular (built of site)
  • single or double wide (titled)
• Fences
• Roofs
• Decks
• Additions
• Garages
