Pavilion Rental Information: Pavilions can be rented at a rate of $35.00 per day with a $10.00 refundable deposit if the grounds are left in acceptable condition following the rental. The refund will be processed as a credit to your association account. If you'd like a receipt, please notify the office staff at the time of reservation. If you need a cash refund, please notify the staff when you make your reservation.

All reservation fees must be paid in full within ONE WEEK of making the reservation.

Email or call the L.I.P.O.A. staff at 989.644.3326 to check on availability. The following parks have pavillions available for rent: South(2), Lincoln (1), Birch (1) Marietta (1), Essex (1) and Birdie (1).

Park Rules:

Vehicles must have a seasonal sticker, guest sticker, campground pass, launch pass to have your vehicle in any L.I.P.O.A. park.
No fireworks
No dogs on beaches
No removal of picnic tables
Properly dispose of trash
